Our SA51N female breeder is a non-recessive rustic hen selected for the black feather colored poultry markets. This female allows the full expression of the black phenotype both in plumage and leg color by being crossed with our breeding males with black feathering and legs. She has the advantage to produce feather sexable chicks.
This female being a dwarf chicken, she is very efficient in producing a maximum of chicks while consuming less feed than a normal size hen.
This black breeder is referenced for Label Rouge type productions, but also for free-range chicken and ecological chicken. It is perfectly suited for starter type production and all types of free-range production.
